I remember Preminger's Freeze much better than Sanders'. Lola Lasagne draws a total blank.

Liberace was hoot in the fight scenes. Art Carney's villain was one of the lamer ones. And that's not a complete list: Cliff Robertson played a gunslinger villain named Shame.

Preminger cast his Batman buddies (Meredith, Romero, Gorshin) in at least one of his films, the astounding Skidoo.

Cesar Romero terrified me as a kid. That scene in the Batman movie where he brings his captor some tea on the shit, I always ran behind the couch.

Batman is a must if it's running! One reason to be envious of the unemployed. That is quite a cast...I would have voted Cesar Romero, though. Makes me want to watch his other work.
