The only game I've ever actually seen the Padres play was back in 1978 or 1979 or so, when the Reds came to town. (Padres won.) Pete Rose was playing for the Reds, and I'm almost positive Ozzie was already well-established in the Padres roster. A good memory, wish it was clearer in my head.
