Are there emotionless people or people who can't cry like Conan the Barbarian/Destroyer?

Nat King Cole - Mona Lisa (words and music by jay livingston and ray evans)

Mona lisa, mona lisa, men have named you
Youre so like the lady with the mystic smile
Is it only cause youre lonely they have blamed you?
For that mona lisa strangeness in your smile?

Do you smile to tempt a lover, mona lisa?
Or is this your way to hide a broken heart?
Many dreams have been brought to your doorstep
They just lie there and they die there
Are you warm, are you real, mona lisa?
Or just a cold and lonely lovely work of art?

I heard a student play a song at a talent show called 'I can't cry' or something. I took it literally. This is not a troll topic. I'm genuinely interested, sheesh.

Like in the Mr. Show Amadeus parody where he had to get his lachrymal glands removed bcz he couldn't hear John Phillip Palouza's marching band music without crying?

I can cry all I want, at the drop of a hat. But laughing has always been a problem for me. What is wrong with me?? I find stuff amusing and I smile. A full belly laugh has never passed my brow. I am envious of those who laugh when it doesn't sound forced.
