You can make these really easily by filling a few balloons with flour, moudling them into shape and sticking a few things on them. For some reason that escapes me now we made a load at university and left them sitting in various places in the college bar. Which was fine except we overfilled a few of them, so they'd sit there for ages and then suddenly explode in a cloud of white dust.
