1. The Complete On The Corner Sessions. Holy my god this shit is sick. I have listened to all 7 hours in one sitting... twice. Some of my favorite music ever.
2. Snuggly time with: pretty girl, adorable cat, and 600 tiny white Xmas lights.
3. Weight loss. Reclaiming old pairs of pants. Getting on up, feeling generally like more of a sex machine than I have in a long time.
4. Anticipating "The Wire" season 5.
5. The intoxicating snap of a staple gun when you're hanging Xmas decorations.
6. Naked brand fruit juice. Any flavor.
7. Pears and blue cheese: a timeless combination.
8. That zone where you get a lot of shit done and totally lose track of time, and then the next thing you know, it's time to leave work.
9. Two words: egg nog.
10. Opening the window for fresh air even though it's 25 degrees out.

1. Damn that was a good Thanksgiving weekend.
2. Visiting SF to see friends/family not once but twice in December.
3. More good music than I know what to do with. A plus, I assure you.
4. The Golden Compass pissing people off just by existing. I weep for them. A bit.
5. John Howard's collapse in Australia foreshadowing what I suspect will happen here a year from now.
6. A long-stalled pay raise finally getting clearer.
7. Finished NaNoWriMo at a good clip, with a story I'd long wanted to write or at least get written out to some extent.
8. Pondering winter dishes to cook with local fruit and vegetables in season.
9. A lot of random but good stuff.
10. Hey, Christmas is almost here! And I've done most of my shopping! Yay me!

1. Mass Effect. It is everything I hoped it'd be. I am immersed.
2. Football Manager Live. Finally in the beta, seems pretty intriguing.
3. Food. I haven't eaten today, but I would like to.
4. Getting back on the writing blogs train. Writing is nice. I can stop putting paragraphs to ILX.
5. The weather today and yesterday has been vastly superior to two days ago (when it was biting and cold).
6. My friend gets back from the States today!
7. I am going to finally see No Country For Old Men soon.
8. Painting my place. Finally, no longer looks like the guy here before us took a crap on the walls.
9. Feeling like I am occasionally getting something done at work.
10. Considering playing Planescape: Torment in the near future.
