After all these years of fundraising and planning, our station, WVVY FM 93.7 in Tisbury, will be going on the air in the next fortnight. All our equipment is arriving for installation this weekend. We had to get this fancy utility box that heated and air-conditioned and it's in Buffalo and we need it on Martha's Vineyard this weekend. Does anyone in Buffalo or thereabouts want to drive it to us? We'll put you up somewhere.

www.wvvy.org we stream now already, although it's not yet the programming we'll have on the radio. We play Democracy Now at 5 pm and local martha's vineyard songs at noon and four. I'll let you know when I start having a show on there.
