Cause I thought this betta here was dead, right through tapping the glass, tapping the water, and finally he showed some life when I poked him. Scared the hell out of me.

I was worried I was sitting a fish that had 'moved on' as they say. My understanding of fish psychology is largely dependent on the presence of garlic butter.
