I just made the p for the woman. She was very scoldy because I had filled the forms out in advance. I got the feeling that if I screwed up, my drug test would be done with blood, not pee.
Total hole-in-the-wall facility, too. Office was about 10' x 10', filled with crap (not literally) and looked like it hadn't been cleaned since 1975.
By my reckoning, I ought pass. Anyone ever failed?
