When I am drunk I reach for cigs (normally in coat pocket) without THINKING and then think, 'oh wait.' So it is good I do not keep them around! I quit like 3 weeks ago and am starting into 'dreaming I started smoking again and feel terrible about it' phase. (Does this phase exist for others (and if so, when does it end?)?)

I decided a couple weeks ago to stop pretending I was "starting a diet" or "watching what I eat" and just eat whatever, and already I have fewer cravings and am eating a lot fewer snacks and sweets. Like, since I'm not feeling guilty about eating ice cream anymore it's not that exciting when the opportunity comes up so I might just pass.
The pizza craving comes back every few days though, it's just the perfect food.
