Hanle y's "Pocari Sweet" Sounds Like Bowie's "Abdulmajid"

I'm not saying that Hanle y ripped off DB , but I knew that "Pocari Sweet" reminded me of something I'd heard before. Till today, when I played a CDR with "Abdulmajid," though, I couldn't figure it out.

This is also a pretty blatant attempt to get Kansas City's most noted cut-up to post more, and I'm too lazy to search for the "Pancake Breakfast" thread.
