Specifically the stuff that the state/local government sends you explaining what this 'voting' thing is and how it's a good thing and where to go vote, as opposed to party and candidate fliers and mailers. (But that's its own rich vein.) As prompted by a discussion with Mackro Mackro about some lame voting mascot Washington state had or has.
It is perhaps telling that the chosen candidate is in fact the only one never to have been an American citizen.
