I am going for an interview tomorrow at a post production sound facility

I have been working as part of a location sound crew for last three years, and my skills lie very much in the location sound recording area - SQN mixers, DATs, Microphones etc. Jobs have been hard to come by recently, but I now have the chance to go for a job at a new studio which specialises in post production sound.

I'm not sure at this stage how much experience they think I have with post production technology, but it's fair to say that the experience I do have is somewhat out of date, having not worked with Pro-Tools since college five years ago. It may scupper my chances, but of course I owe it to them to say that I would need training. However, it would be very useful for me to have a little knowledge about the equipment they use and, in addition to the reading I am about to do, I was wondering if anyone here knows anything (I mean anything) about Icon D-Control and Pro-Tools HD3 specifically, might help me land the very badly needed job?

Icon D-Control and Pro-Tools HD3: How do they work in relation to each other -- one is the console and the other is the software, is that right?

Thanks -- very interesting link, I may look into the Pinewood based training.
