What kind of Hob or range do you prefer for cooking. i do gas but I am considering moving to induction for efficiency savings.

Gas. Although if you use pigshit in a Mad-Max-Beyond-Thunderdome style methane farm, does that really count as gas?

I have been all about the Gas for ages, however only 30% of the energy gets into the Pan as heat. With Induction it is 90%, plus gas is non-renewable and I get my electricity form renewables.

Uh, but also electric. (Shop's gas, home is electric. I prefer gas.)

gas. control + you know when it is on and do not burn yourself on it, unlike electric hob.
