perhaps unrelated, but a robot keeps calling my house and saying this:

"This message is for...[voice shifts to a hyper-sexualized female voice]...Una...Adams...[voice shifts back]..If you are not...[sex voice again]...Una...Adams...PLEASE hang up!"

Ok, but what if I desire the calls to end.

I've gotten this. Bastards.

I've also gotten yr thing, roxy. It's from a collection agency or law firm, and if you keep going, they assume it's that person and they keep calling, so it makes no difference. Just get their number, call them, and tell them to leave you the fuck alone, you're not Una. Worked for me when I took over a number from a dude who must have been very, very indebted.
