I saw a minute of Lost, subtitled with the sound off, in a bar once.

I watched a couple episodes in a row while in India in 04 - haven't seen it since. it was okay.

I saw part of an ad, I think. And I saw a magazine feature about a Lost video game featuring a creepily well-rendered longhair fatty jub.

The title font is IMPACT, wtf.

I saw about 15 minutes of the first ep, maybe. I ain't falling for that "watch 100+ hours of TV just to find out some secret that makes no sense and isn't v. interesting" schtick that easy.

i've seen a couple episodes and had no idea what the hell was going on. it was kind of intriguing but i'm so lazy i'm not sure i want to go back and watch all the episodes.

i wish i could say i was too busy, hahaha.

i love not knowing what is going on in the show but then reading parts of the Lost thread, it is entertaining:

"OMG did you see the polar bear had a submachine gun this week, WTF."

"Dude, that wasn't a submachine gun, the Dharma tea made Jack hallucinate he was in trapped inside a Coca Cola commercial during the Super Bowl, noob."

I've never seen Lost. As with Twin Peaks, my plan is to wait until the whole thing has been over for 10 years, then rent the full set on DVD.

I saw the first 10 episodes and got turned off and stopped watching. After HBO shows, network TV seems really simplistic and dumb. Both Lost and Heroes annoyed me. Main characters are all supermodel-tastic, then there's the fat nerd guy for comic relief, and all the ugly (normal-looking) people are either evil or or mysterious. Cheesy production value, simplistic dialog, one dimensional personalities, predictable plots (maybe not so much in the case of Lost). Cheesy side-stories with the Korean couple, and the Iraqi dude turned me off, too.

I'll probably Netflx the whole series eventually. I'm running out of series to rent.

liked the 1st series. lost (du-dum tish) interest with series 2. everything took far far too long to happen. was driving me a bit nuts.

i don't know anyone 'in real life' who has managed to stick with it from the beginning

When the iPhone ads showed up last fall in bus shelters all around Chicago, I recognized all of the iconic images (Bono, Britney, whoever), but couldn't figure out who the Patrick Stewart-looking guy was until I saw the Lost promo that ran before Cloverfield.
