as far as I'm concerned, this show is just a weak-ass replacement for Meerkat Manor when that show is on hiatus.

I have never seen this Meerkat show of which you speak but they can't be nearly as amazing as the orangutans. Did you see the one where the one ate the dogfish and then all the others did too?! That's never before seen behavior. Orangutans don't eat fish!! These ones do though. You know why? Because they're awesome, that's why.
