Actually I know why I am up. Have any annoying headcold that made me sleepy all day, drank a bunch of coffee to combat that and now I am in weird wired/tired mode.

haha. i am still up because i'm always up. i didn't get home from work until about 10:30. 2 a.m. is sort of my 10 p.m., when it just starts to feel late.
the perfect omelette. man. i don't know. can't be dry. err on the side of milk. good cheese. sharp cheddar if it's really actually good sharp cheddar. (is it harder to find good cheddar now than it used to be, or am i just imagining that? so much of what i get even billed as "sharp" is sort of muted.) onions, something on the sweetish side -- vidalias maybe. red and orange bell pepper. scallions. mushrooms, not fancy funghi, just your basic white mushrooms. cooked until cheese is gooey and veggies and mushrooms are juicy.
