Wallerstein, and Kondratieff Long Waves

Anyone recommend any books related to this. Particularly interested in Wallerstein, and the link between long waves and war

Or anyone read any Wallerstein? Looks like he is taken a little more seriously than 15-20 years ago?

Never read Wallerstein. Long wave theory mainly seems to attract investors looking for a new way to see the future and make money thereby. Since the basic theory is more or less determinative, the only other reason to take an interest would be purely academic. It isn't as if you could apply the knowledge very well once you had it.
