er that last one should be EXPOSED, which even by mtv standards was a crock of shit, some bimbo F-list wanna be actress/most likely porn star telling her "best friend" if some dude is lying about his sex partners based on his voice

that sounds about right. though, i dunno, the x effect wins a special kind of admiration from me just for its sheer unrepentant emotional sadism. like, some uniquely cruel mind came up with that thing.

oh, in that case, yes, i'm with you on exposed. such a weak, weak premise. and i just can't vote for parental control. it's like kicking a puppy.

parental control is sleeper for worst of all because it's so boring

haha, singled out is the only one of these that i've seen.

actually i think saw parental control in a hotel room once and had an "omg mtv is terrible/i am old" moment.

After all dates are completed, an elaborate beachfront finale is conducted. The dater explains to each mother why he has or has not chosen her child, and one by one the sons or daughters are revealed according to the person's liking. As the sun sets, the winning mother runs with the winning couple down the beach.

Dowd recently taped her episode of "Next," a 30-minute reality-based dating show in which she is given five guys to choose from and can pass each and go on to the next if she doesn't like what she sees or hears. Her episode likely will air in December.

"It's about as real as you'd think reality TV is," she said.

Dowd did not go on the show to get a date, she said. She went on it for exposure. She also was quick to point out parts of the "reality show" were scripted.

"For my intro I had to say, 'I'm Lizzy. I'm 21. I love to act. And sometimes I act naughty.' And then I had to growl," she said.
