Easily the most talented of the dudes to die this week. RIP B-Dub.

Falling like dominoes this week, it has to be said.

Another unfortunate image in my head here - Wilde bursting in on woman in bath in one of those 1970s Adventures Of... "sex" "comedies" (we're doing subs for them at the mo').
Top class in two sitcom institutions (one set in a..., the other became a...); bit sad that when he finally got a lead role, it was that lousy Neighbourhood Watch thing.

Back to Brian. RIP. See also his great performance as man going completely nutso in "Night of the Demon".

Saw him on tv recently. Also remember seeing him in Casualty or Holby City a while back. he pops up in stuff now and again. He was once in Taggart. The one where he played the manager of the Barras! Trevor from Eastenders was in it as well as the guy from Young persons Guide To being A Rockstar.

He was good as Foggy but the show was never that good once Michael Bates left. He was genius as Mr Barraclough, especially when he started talking about Mrs B.

I feel guilty that I didn't vote for him in the Porridge cast poll, the shame of finishing must have finished him off.

...the shame of finishing fifth....

I did say in the Porridge poll how much I loved Mr Barrowclough, but that he would have to come second to Fletcher.
