i thought it was easy
there was this one old ass lady we had as a salesperson and she would hit this thing all fucking day and laugh and laugh. i think she used it as a stess reliever, she was the crabbiest person I've ever met. I discovered she would only respond if you yelled back at her, she ran roughshod over other salespeople but she needed to be on my good side.

You should have superglued the button to her forehead. And reprogrammed it to say "DUH" instead.
