As I am stuck at work on this beautiful Los Angeles Easter Sunday, I thought that I would ask the general populace of ILE, Christian and heathen alike:
What would you want in your ideal Easter Basket?
No rules.
Doesn't have to be traditional Easter candy or stuff, although it can be.
Currently, I am eating jelly beans from a bag. This is my Easter Basket.

the things i want can't be put in one, but just out of heathen curiousity, is an easter basket basically the same as a christmas stocking?

Entirely.
And it really has no origin in the actual celebration of Easter itself. Like Christmas, its a melange of Christian and pagan. A lot of what is associated with Easter is actually taken from the pagan celebration of the vernal equinox.
