I just read this article on the feller and it's ace. Possibly he has the capabilities to be one of the best players ever. What do you reckon?

and a secondary question, why is it that 90% of my questions are about footie?

Because you feel embarrassed asking about sex tourism.

A trip to the world cup could unite his twin loves at last.

I think it would be interesting if he joined Liverpool. We'd have two strikers with histories of mentalism then, if you count Anelkas tantrums.

I'm more interested in the fact that Barry Horne was/is a Cocteau Twins fan. Was the man *built* for Mike Jones?

He had a frightening shot, and haircut to match.

Kluivert is probably just going to be another in a long line of players who won't fulfill his potential. If he actually has any to fulfill. That article was slightly bizarre though - "Footballers are a bit like people" - eh?

Though I do always think of him backheeling.

Spurs will probably buy Kluivert when he is 35.

To the thread! :)

The article is gone but who cares. Kluivert, where to begin? He's a bit of a cunt. He killed someone in a car accident (while speeding). Was accused of rape and got away with it (his girlfriend was pregnant at the time IRRC while he was gang-banging some girl). A very nasty character who hides it well with that baby face.

But also a very good footie player. A striker who actually thinks a bit, always looks for the best possibilty to score, for himself or a better positioned teammate. Great skill and a good athlete. Left Ajax way too soon in the aftermath of the car accident and almost was destroyed at bastard AC Milan. Too bad he plays for FC Satan nowadays but hey I can forgive him since he did give us our 4th Europa Cup. I don't think he will progress much though, so best ever is not likely, not even best ever striker to play for Ajax (that's Van Basten followed by Rep).

As for the future, it's England innit? Probably Man U. or Liverpool. Chelsea or Spurs if he makes the move too late.

fifteen years pass...

Justin Kluivert looks legit. Terrific hat trick for Ajax today.

He's ok but not nearly there yet. Lots of ups and downs. This was good, but it's an outlier in his games so far.

also, against the lanterne rouge.

That is true. Nobody seemed particularly bothered about tackling him.
