Sleestaks are still kind of scary to me, tbh. So they got my vote.

sleestaks are good inside, cylons are not. i'm the right age to have grown up with both. i used to have vivid and terrible thoughts about cylons. my mom used to set me up in the bath and then go do her thing for 10-15 minutes (i think i was somewhere between 4 and 6 at the time) and i clearly remember having these terrible visions of cylons invading the house and killing my family ... and then walking slowly up the stairs ... and slowly down the hallways ... and slowly into the bathroom ... and i was trapped in the tub!! so i'd sink into the water with only my nostrils poking above the surface of the water so the cylons wouldn't see me.

as far as land of the lost goes, i think after the second season i was relieved to see sleestaks because at least they weren't the zarn ... now that guy was pretty fucking scary to a six year old.
