So how much, if at all, do you smoke? I really enjoy an occasional cigarette here and there. What do the English smoke? I have a Dunhill on ocassion, and they are pretty light tasting. Nat Shermann's seem to be my favorite state-side. I have yet to successfully roll my own gasper, but it looks fun. By the way, menthols are for the birds.

if by "birds" you mean the rough bastards on my corner then yes. menthol-smoking in order to avoid getting smokes mooched off you = untenable in brooklyn.

i smoke tareytons, very posh hur hur. i smoke them rather steadily. they're good for avoiding moochers because the packaging is extremely generic and old-man-ish.

I used to smoke 1 to 1.5 packets a day up til July last year. Since then I've hovered around an average of 3-5 per day. Not that long ago I switched from Marlboro Reds to Lights to Stuyvesant Lights to Filters, where I currently remain. There's always at least one ciggy per day I really enjoy.

i am giving up cigarettes - not too difficult because i don't smoke that heavily anyway. but my brand is cameo. i used to be addicted to cigarettes when i was 18 (god i had ALL the vices covered back then) and i smoked Dunhill reds.

The last packet of cigs I had before I "gave up" last time was Camel Filters. Not bad. Best ciggies I've ever had were these Italian ones called "Bis", closely followed by Gauloises.
