LOS ANGELES (AP) — A newspaper reports that a judge presiding in a trial about whether a Los Angeles advertising agency owner's extreme fetish films qualify as obscene posted sexually explicit images on his personal website.
Alex Kozinski, chief judge of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, said he thought the material on his website couldn't be seen by the public, the Los Angeles Times reported on its website. The images included a video of a "half-dressed man cavorting with a sexually aroused farm animal," the newspaper reported.
