I freeze them and use them in smoothies. Actually, my girlfriend uses them in smoothies. I don't have a blender.

Banana pudding. It's like bananas, vanilla pudding, and vanilla wafers. Blend the pudding with the bananas if they don't look purty.

Freeze the bananas, stick popsicle sticks in them (you might have to do that first,) melt some chocolate, dip bananas in, put in freezer again for a bit. I just made that up, not sure if it'll work.

Banana bread - for a smallish loaf you should only need two. Leave the loaf in a tin for a couple of days for the flavour to develop before eating.

no okay look b/c the bananas are over-ripe, not just ripe, they have to be cooked b/c otherwise everything will end up tasting like over-ripe raw banana which just tastes plain gross!
