Often, a stereotypical "Politically Correct" person can appear as self-righteous and judgmental, though usually in a very subtle way. These types of people do not like to be put in their places. It takes a strong but humble individual armed with knowledge to complete such a task. Keep in mind that this, like any description of a stereotype, is a generalization of a particular group of people and is not to be taken as the absolute truth for all people supporting "Political Correctness".

* Remember that if you're joking all the time, people may never take you seriously.
* Do not appear as if you're trying too hard. It makes the girl feel you lack self-confidence and are socially desperate.
* If you have been dating a girl for over two years, do not joke about marriage...very bad idea!

Be the Most Irresistible Woman at a Party

^^ every time

banriquit, Saturday, 21 June 2008 17:33 (seventeen years ago)

# If you have a natural sense of humour and can apply it when meeting a celebrity, he or she will likely appreciate that. Everyone needs a laugh at least once a day

The stickman from the hilarious "xkcd" comics, Saturday, 21 June 2008 17:34 (seventeen years ago)

# If you want to spend some quality time with your son or daughter, niece or nephew, simply ask what they might enjoy doing together. Don't try acting cool, like going to a Rock Concert, unless you do enjoy that kind of thing (and above all, don't use their slang words. Learn them so that you understand what they're talking about, but don't try to sound like a kid). You may want to suggest going to see a movie that may be interesting to both of you; plus there's bowling, or even going to the park, maybe for a nice bike ride...take a picnic lunch. Younger people love going to game rooms, but do you? Try to pick something that both of you will be relaxed doing and enjoy together.

Be Funny With Saying One Word :

"All you really have to do is look around and think as fast as you can of an "inanimate object" or anything random (eg. tortoise).
When you think about saying it, say it like people don't normally say it.
If nobody laughs, either say it again with a different expression or say a different word. People should laugh by at least three tries."

funny?!

How to Have an Unusual Laugh

LOL! Was that unusual? Probably not. Chances are you have seen those letters ten thousand times before. Here are ways to spice up your "LOL".

Steps

1. Listen to others. Put those ears of yours to good use. Who's laughs do you like? If you like your mom's laugh and your teacher's laugh, perhaps you can try combining their laughs together! By listening, you can tell what style will best fit you.
2. Go to youtube and other video sites. Listen to laughs online. Do you like any of those?
3. Ask friends for help. Explain that you want a better laugh and ask them to make you giggle to practice.
4. Change your computer laugh as well. Instead of the boring "LOL" you saw twice in the introduction of this page, try using "He he he" or "Ho ho ho" instead. Little changes like that make a big difference!

Tips

* Keep your laugh at a good pace and volume.

Warnings

* People may get upset with you for copying their laugh!

Asking about the weather in Britain can result in a lengthly conversation - British people have the ability to talk about the weather for far longer than is necessary, this can both help and hinder you, so be careful.

Maria :D, Monday, 23 June 2008 12:11 (seventeen years ago)

When someone starts copying you it can get annoying, especially if it is one of your friends. The following steps should help to try and stop this.
Steps

1. Think of why they are copying you, is it something you do, is it the way you act or think and understand why they would want to do this.
2. Ask them politely why they are copying you, so you can reinforce your initial thoughts but do not say anything rude.
3. If they say something like I like the way you walk or speak then try and change that for a few days and see if they change theirs as well. This will mean that they are really copying you.
4. Tell them to be their own person and develop some self confidence rather than be someone they're not.
5. If they are really persistent tell them that they are jeopardizing your friendship if they continue to copy you, this should be a clear warning that if they do not stop they will lose your friendship.
6. If they still do not stop then it means that they do not take into consideration your feelings and that they are not being a good friend.
7. If nothing else yell at them in front of everyone so you get the point across.
