The problem with a new school is that there aren't really enough school age children to justify a new school, especially with people moving away.

It could be a good thing for this community to have the jobs it would create and the money it would keep here. But I also can see the downsides about security issues in bringing in prisoners from other counties and becoming reliant on a jail to keep out great city afloat
