I believe the NHS has grown from a limited but very effective state system to a bloated behemoth which cannot do its job properly and will only continue to grow and consume resources whilst delivering a worse service. Therefore I would privatise the entire NHS and bring in compulsory health insurance for all so that nobody will be unable to afford medical treatment.

There should be charges for every prescription issued and this would encourage less waste.
Patients should be charged for missed GP appointments.

er - we already pay - through the nose - for prescriptions. What we need is less scroungers (of whatever nationality) and better treatment of British taxpayers.

what is all this 'patient choice' shit? fuck that. i heard it being advertised on the bbc as: if you're planning to a restaurant you can check review online, BUT WITH HOSPITALS YOU HAVE TO MAKE DO WITH WHAT THEY BLOODY GIVE YOU!11!!!! this is a terrible analogy, and is presumably cover for underfunding hospitals that don't meet shitty targets and allowing the others to go semi-private. where is the pressure coming from for this bollocks? so far as i can tell it will make the less good hospitals worse/pressure them to jizz their resources on private sector consultant cunts.

Every time someone does a survey about the NHS, it seems those most dissatisfied by it are those who never use it. They just get their opinions spoon fed to them by the Daily Mail and the BNP

The NHS needs to stop giving un-necessary treatments. Things like vasectomies, circumcision and well man/woman clinics need to be abolished. The NHS is there to care for the genuinely sick. Those that drink and have an accident due to their drinking or are sick because they smoke should pay for their own treatment. They brought the problems on themselves. The NHS needs to stop treating illegal immigrants and send them back to their own countries to be treated. Fix that and streamline management.

NHS must stop the control which is unnecessary. The thing must oppress the man or the clinic of the woman at the statutes, circumcision and the well. NHS treat that patient with realness.
