Cabbage! And courgettes and lots of other vegetables I thought I didn't like. Who'd have thought? But I guess the REAL answer to this thread is ways of steaming vegetables, which helpfully makes cabbage not taste of boiled cabbage, etc. All these years and nobody told me!

I just discovered lemons are awesome, just squeeze one into a nearly full glass of water and it's great even without sugar.

I didn't just discover them, but I wonder how I lived without quesadillas.
