Okay, so there are these two artists, who may or may not be Central American (they are, at least, Spanish language, I think) that have been producing internet-based art for like a decade. They have stuff like websites that look like gibberish until you view the source, then it's a detailed plan to make a bomb; they have a lot of really brutal looking websites that use a lot of flashing text and shit like that... they also produced art-y game mods for, I believe, the original Quake game. Doing shit like making all of the textured checkered to ruin your eyes and stuff.
Anyone know who I'm talking about? Argh seriously I could cry. NONE OF MY GOOGLING IS WORKING.
