The annual ranking of the most expensive cities in the world has been announced. Moscow remains in first place for the third year in a row. Even though I knew the weak dollar would make American cities less likely to place high, I'm really surprised to only see NY appear in the top 50.

Interesting that London is one of the 3 most expensive cities, but 39th for quality of living, and not even in the top 50 for personal safety.
