yeah. artichoke hearts are one of my favorite foods in the world.
i almost typed "edibles", but then thought better of it b/c the word only conjures up unsavory imagery in my mind of "edible underwear", available as a novelty item at spencer's gift stores in malls throughout the eighties usa.
that and "edna's edibles", from latter-day "Facts of Life" tv series run. and to conflate those two associations is the path of madness. or something approximating it, anyhow.
