My boss's wife is Czech, and will be spending a month back there starting next week. She needs a cell phone that will let her do texts & have access to email. The question is, can she text from a phone on the czech network to an american phone?
She wants an iphone, which they just started selling in Prague last week, but doesn't know if you can go from the Telefonica O2 network to the american AT&T one. I'm assuming not.

It cost a fortune in Prague, but I could call and send texts. Since she's got the iPhone contract with them, she should check with AT&T directly 'cause her she'll have alot of data covered under that and I have no idea if that applies in Bohemia.
