I'm back from France, and I'm off to bed. When I wake up from my slumbers I want this thread to be full of all your news from the last 10 days and pointers to all the best ILX threads too. Then I will be happy and tell you all my French stories!!

ILM got really good.

My life has went to hell, and I met Brian M. for lunch. I think the two are unrelated, though.

Nicole, Monday, 1 April 2002 00:00 (twenty-three years ago)

Brian was the cool balm to the rubbed-raw hell of library school. Er, yes.

News from the last ten days = I worked a lot at the library, pretty much.

I tried to get serious but no one cared.

This board hit rock bottom

Everyone plotted against you

We investigated the difference between being nice and being good

Rainy got melancholy

Also, Mark S went on a bonkers ILM archiving project.

Tom, was the title of this thread inspired by the posters for the 'American Pie: Unseen & Uncut' DVD that brighten up my bus ride every morning.

Surely it is Craig David who has inspired Tom? In all areas of his life.

Tomorrow's a big day for him then.

But being such a bouze monster he is probably happier about today when he gets to go for a drink.

Frightening holiday revelation about Tom in revenge for him putting my cake on his head: Tom became a FRENCH GOTH by drinking French snakebite & black aka Normandy cidre + 9p a bottle Intermarché lager + sirop de cassis. Ha ha. We also bought a bottle of Triple Sec but I think it remained untouched.

Emma, Tuesday, 2 April 2002 00:00 (twenty-three years ago)

not quite em, dr thompson had a single shot from it, and it is now in tom's possession, PH34R his B0U23...

CarsmileSteve, Tuesday, 2 April 2002 00:00 (twenty-three years ago)

Yes the Triple Sec is in my possession - actually it's at Isabel's with those horrible mini pretzels nobody ate and the Roquefort. And yes Alex T took a swig, shortly before singing "Man I Feel Like A Woman" using an onion as a microphone.

Tom, Tuesday, 2 April 2002 00:00 (twenty-three years ago)

As the sole explorer brave enough to make the final push to the Triple Sec pole, I feel I deserve some credit. It is possible that there is non-rough triple sec in the world, since that bottle did cost -- what? -- about 3 pounds?
