Which is not perhaps what Stephen Patrick had in mind, but hey. This is just a fun li'l ol' heads-up that I'm flying out of here in about ten hours or so and will be laying metaphorical waste to your paltry country soon enough. How, I don't know. Reminder that *some* sort of Triggerfest etc. will occur next weekend, so can all the planners keep planning? The time is nigh! This does not preclude various other get-togethers for the hell of it, of course.

Actually, I will be Scotland, but alas spoken for on the weekend...well, maybe, all depends if you're going to be there by Friday night. Here's the deal -- I fly into Heathrow on Thursday at 2 pm or so -- the following day Jane and I then fly up to Edinburgh to meet her parents, and from there we go to some hotel outside of town (I don't know how far!) where the wedding I'm attending on Saturday will be held. Theoretically Friday night is open beyond dinner (I have no idea if there's a rehearsal dinner or not, I'd have to check), but I don't immediately know how convenient anything would be for you all. Send me a phone number (or numbers) where I can reach you at on Friday evening.

Saturday is the wedding and then allegedly nothing but eating and drinking until the last person is left standing who can prop up the bar. I don't mind this at all, but alas I don't think I can invite you folks to it. ;-) Sunday, we head out to Glasgow, and from there a loop back round to Inverness, returning to London next Thursday. After that things get easy. ;-)
