I have a pineapple upside down cake in the oven right now.

Pineapple Upside Down cakes aren't upside down. They are supposed to be like that. I am confused by this terminology.

whenever i get manic, first thing i do is put a btach of coffee chocolate brownies in the oven - gotta have energy food for enrgy highs.

Cooking in the middle of the night = classic. I have been known to make the following post-pub/club: chicken fajitas, pancakes, scrambled eggs on toast, full English breakfast. If I am incapable of cooking due to drunkenness, I hack of a slab of cheese and wolf that.

I always used to make jacket potatoes in the microwave when I came back from clubs.

Now I just raid the leftovers with rampant abandon, because, as we all know, post pub/club food contains no calories.
