Tesco's at Rowland's Gill apparently has or had a condolence book. Mrs k-rad reportz a few comments along thee lines ov "it was very sad, but she was very old after all" in it. No doubt someone somewhere will be appalled, or something. We don't get gold buses, but thee X66 Gateshead -> MetroCentre is an articulated "BendyBus" so cobblerz 2 yer gold buses

A co-worker always rambles on about smashing the system, etc. I asked him why he and his 'cell' didn't disrupt the funeral procession, he said "Oh no, that would be pointless and in bad taste." That sums up everything wrong with the English today, IMO.

Our bendy-buses do have openable widows, as it 'appens (note 2 out of four side windows in front sect ov pic, above) so there. They provide a superior publick transport experience if you sit right at the back, and the driver is fond of vigourous brake & accelerator usage blah blah etc

a doubledecker in london FELL OVER about three years back, the driver was speeding back to the depot for coffeee and biccies and took a small roundabout too fast: on board were three schoolgirls. Imterviewed, unhurt, afterwards, they declared it the "best thing since [insert popcult item relevant to date]"

I think that flying cars, jetpacks etc have already been made...that's what UFO's are...but do they let us have them, NO!! we get bendy buses...but I agree a bendy bus, maybe even a triple bending bus, with openable windows would be hella rad!
