Tom you weren't looking properly! In Arromanche there was a shop selling nothing but! And in Ouistreham.

Mind you I suppose boys don't notice clothes shops especially if they are preoccupied with buying toy soldiers & beer.

ah, saw this a little late, not many stripey jumpers were seen being worn in Paree, but I can report back on the fact that there were quite a few shops stuffed with the blighters, mind you, so are The Gap and Hennes at the moment.
