In the interests of balancing the board, some pro-Israeli sentiment

Notice when you step on grass, it bounces back up? And the more you keep doing it, the quicker it does it? However, if you dig it up or pour concrete over it or burn it, then it doesn't! Amazing how some people's knowledge of this simple truth is so shocking to some people. Sensitive souls, start flaming!

Uh, that's a bit ugly. Seriously tho - monotheism is fucking up the planet. It is putting the future in doubt. The world cannot accomodate endless ridiculous demands of a monotheist nature anymore. The Jews are a bit less serious (in the generality, yes I know about the ultra-Orthodox) about religious observance, so that's who I'm kind of supporting

Feel free to slap me silly if I am mistaken, but when Arafat refers to 'martyrs', I'm sure he means not only 'them', but 'us'. Is your multiculti tolerance strong enough?

I find it utterly impossible to be pro-Israeli in this conflict. I find it equally impossible to be pro-Palestinian. They both continually behave as badly as you can imagine, if not worse. No, I don't have a solution...

arafat is a terrorist. sharon is a war criminal...

where do you go from there?

I'm optimistic about the way things are going currently.

Well that original sentiment sounds more like Hamas to me. But hopefully the worst is over. I did like President WIll Farrel's offer last night of free Nokia phones in exchange for the bomb belts.

Israel? Boo-urns! Boo-urns!

If you pour concrete on grass, the grass eventually grows back through it and cracks it. it's incredibly resiliant stuff, grass.
