Well Jess you should really look at what is CAUSING all of the anger/hate, blar blar. But yes apart from that, I get exactly the same sort of thing. What helps me is BOUZE (takes the edge off IN MODERATION, leads to madness if not) and also (dere god) the GYM helps as well, or doing some kind of actitivity that gets out of the house.

God knows I have tried to accept it! -- to love the spelling eccentricities and flair for language of Sarah and mark s and the like. But it drives me up the wall, I can't stand it for some reason.
