I shower, sometimes check email, put my clothes on, have breakfast, go to work... In random order.

Wait for Paul to leave the house, then get up, check email while eating my wheatabrix, hang about on ILE/M for a bit, go for my "run" around the neighbourhood, then take a shower and by then it's mid afternoon at the earliest. Sigh...

Alarm goes off at 7.20am (the latest I can possibly get up and get to work on time). Ignore it, then get up at 7.45. Run to bathroom, shave, shower etc, dry hair with hairdryer, put on suit, kiss Kate goodbye, run out of house to tube station and then discover there's a signal failure somewhere and wait around a grotty station for ages despite my efforts to be on time.

I hate mornings. Unless I'm off work, in which case they're great.

Weve done this before but I aint no thread linkin monkey. My mornin ritual includes watching all morning shows including MR rogers and feelin ggreat disdain for them all. Today on the T some fucker farted and I wanted to cry. it was awful

On weekday mornings, I do what I wrote in this thread. On Saturdays, I don't set my alarm but wake up at around eight, get myself a bowl of muesli and a cup of tea and read until nine, switch on Radio 4 and listen to John Peel until ten, go through to the living room and watch Gazzetta Football Italia if it's the football season or Ant & Dec if it's not, keep watching telly until half past twelve, get dressed, go out. On Sundays I might potter about in my dressing gown brandishing a feather duster or I might lie in bed staring at the ceiling and wishing my hangover would leave me alone.

This morning, woke up at like 6:30, was all, hey, I'm awake! Then promptly got yanked back to bed and fell back asleep and was all like late for work and shit but hello, I wasn't even supposed to be here today. I smoke like 5 cigarettes every morning, that's the only constant, that and the eyeliner.

Ally, Friday, 27 July 2001 00:00 (twenty-four years ago)

I usually sit in bed for an hour, watch whatever is on TV (except this week my telly is broken)...think "Am I going to be productive today?" answer "yes I will"...then it's all down hill from there!

JEL, Friday, 27 July 2001 00:00 (twenty-four years ago)

I like watching TV with it off. Less moving people danger feeling

Mike Hanle y, Friday, 27 July 2001 00:00 (twenty-four years ago)

My cat likes to watch baseball, and then dive behind the tv to try to catch the baseball.

Ally, Friday, 27 July 2001 00:00 (twenty-four years ago)

Maybe thats why it keeps trying to fling itslef out the window. Last night my freind was AIMing me and his cute little cat put her paw on the keyboard and typed "fg"

Mike Hanle y, Friday, 27 July 2001 00:00 (twenty-four years ago)

My cat likes to try to bite my shirt when I am on webcam.

Ally, Friday, 27 July 2001 00:00 (twenty-four years ago)

Mike Hanle y, Friday, 27 July 2001 00:00 (twenty-four years ago)

Hey, I don't get it. Rosary? That's catholicism, ain't it? I'd find a religion that didn't condemn gay people if I was gay.

Nude Spock, Friday, 27 July 2001 00:00 (twenty-four years ago)

really there isnt one if you want discipline and ritual.
