They provide a service to those who are looking to take their music to the next level and who don't have a lot of cash to throw around.
They have a direct relationship with all major record labels and work their asses off to try to sign their talent. If your contacted you should feel proud because they go after bands that could have a future. They don't go and just pull anything and everything they can find.
