Me? I think I love it when expectations are thoroughly trashed.

Ned:

  1. Where do you find these links?
  2. After finding and posting these links, when do you find the time for paid employment?

j.lu, Tuesday, 23 April 2002 00:00 (twenty-four years ago)

In this case, I have TheOneRing.Net to thank for the link. As for paid employment -- ya got me, but somehow I've been here five years now!

pay me to love you like money

mike hanle y, Wednesday, 24 April 2002 00:00 (twenty-four years ago)

does your money ever hug you at night?

electric sound of jim, Wednesday, 24 April 2002 00:00 (twenty-four years ago)

well theoretically, y'know, maybe it could? like if you slept on a giant mountain of $20 dollar bills at night, the dollar bills displaced by your body would rise around you, creating a "hug", kinda? i dunno, can't say i've ever tried. i'll have this tested out someday when i'm bling bling mad rich and take baths in champagne and stuff. [shuffles back to low-paying non-profit job]

DRAGON PIE!

Tom, Wednesday, 24 April 2002 00:00 (twenty-four years ago)

Well, you see, in the separate short story "Farmer Giles of Ham" by Tolkien, there's a bit about a regular feast dish called Dragon's Tail, which is prepared... *wibbles away into the far distance*

Can't blame her nerve: finally, a book Tolkien fans can't pick apart. Assuming that some of them are actually willing to cook;>

But then, I would say that....

"Frodo's Grass and Cow Pie"...a triumph for any table...
