Pen and paper, but I had to cast a provisional ballot as I wasn't on the rolls at my polling place. I don't understand why not, since I voted there in 2004 and haven't changed my address with the city. But okay, I guess.

I had to fill the arrow. On one of my lines, the pen mark was too faint, so I had to go back over it, which made sort of a double-line. I knew that was unacceptable, so I had to request a new ballot and do the whole thing over again.

The polling place had two electronic touch-screen machines set up, but nobody used them in the time I was there.

i am so paranoid that i went to the polls w/ my wife, change of address confirmation for DL, polling place notice and voter registration confirmation printed-out from the internet.

i got left off of the polls in 2000 because my fifteen-letter last name was too exotic for the registrar to understand.

If all else fell through, was your wife your last form of identification?

Black marker and scantron. They did ask for my ID but hardly looked at it. Then the weird check-in dude kept saying "Erica" very slowly at least five times. It was weird.

Yet another failure of electronic voting.

Horrorshow lever got robbed.

Pull the red lever to the right, tick off the check marks, pull the red lever back to the left. I couldn't figure out how to vote for the proposition though (New Yorkers?). Directions said to pull a silver lever, but I didn't see a silver lever.
