Does anyone know a cheap/free and safe way to send a money order via the internet to someone without a Paypal account? I was looking at Western Union, but they want to charge a $20 fee to send $30, so fuck that shit, as the cool kids say.

I used to get sent money by moneygram, and I know the senders shunned western union for similar reasons.
