drink o'clock followed by nap o'clock.

Drink o'clock, followed by a quarter after drink, then drink thirty, etc.

Nap o'clock arrives like a thief in the night.

Alternatively replace with "Bang A Drum"

Nap o'clock first, then the Drinking Hours.

As I get older, I've found that the napping follows the drinking ever closer. I'm 33 years old and half a drink puts me to sleep. It seems like yesterday that I was partying like a rock star. sigh...

When I try to nap first, I end up falling asleep for hours on end.

If sex o'clock happens tonight, I'll skip poker o'clock and go straight to bed o'clock.

But this --
nap before drink, always
absolutely.

It was an actual problem when traveling with some friends in college that they believed in disco naps, which just made me cranky. We eventually figured out that they needed to rest in order to get energized, whereas I needed to either stay awake or stay asleep once I went to sleep. Perhaps this question refers to body chemistry rather than opinion!

I've had many evenings lately where a brief nap on the couch ends up lasting for several hours. Drinking only makes the naptime last longer.

i'm having drink o'clock now (soy milk egg nog & bourbon), but i'm so tired that sleep o'clock may take over soon.

soy nog & bourbon are DELICIOUS together.
