I haven't seen the first 2, but lol, that has to be a French Ben Stiller character (or an Alan Smithee equivalent).

I like how this review, while not a memorable one, does sum up the basic 'look, it's a 'Transporter' film, it is exactly what you expect FFS!' point well enough.

I saw Transporter 2 on a plane and found it to be reasonably enjoyable. An ideal plane flick, really.

Best part from that...
A friend explains a fondness for Jerry Lewis, and Martin counters: "Anyone can fall down and get a laugh, but a real genius does it while drinking and smoking."

This movie was almost completely worthless. I enjoyed every second of it.
I have to say that I am not surprised that hot women keep dumping Luc Besson if his concept of flirty banter is accurately represented by this movie.
― Black Seinfeld (HI DERE), Monday, 1 December 2008 19:37 (seventeen years ago)
I hate to say it, but the lack of flirty banter ALSO makes him my kind of guy. You'd think the words "I really like you" caused cancer....

I was thinking more about the "let's talk about meals at restaurants, rowr how sexy" nonsense, which drew audible derisive laughter from the DC crowd we were with.

I tried to get the Not-Boyfriend to go see this movie with me all weekend, btw. No joy.

The shirtless fight is possibly the most ludicrous of all 3 movies, which is really saying A LOT.

It's hard to come back from using bike pedals with toe-clips on them as crampons, to be fair.
― One Community Service Mummy, hold the Straightedge Merman (Laurel), Monday, 1 December 2008 19:57 (seventeen years ago)
(It may not be clear from my previous post, so to clarify: this movie contains the most ludicrous/gratuitous shirtless fight scene of the three movies since each one contains at least one.)

Statham is big w/ teh gays.
― Dr Morbius, Monday, 1 December 2008 20:10 (seventeen years ago)
Teh gays will LOVE this movie then as it contains a large amount of wholly gratuitous Stathan skin. My wife is already planning on telling everyone she knows who likes looking at men to see this film multiple times.
