I didn't quite understand what the hell the CLAPPER is...but I've got this thing called the MANIPULATOR; it's a plastic - no I mean, Metal hand on a stick and when you squeeze the handle the fingers pull down, so as to grab onto things, or subtly grope people without having to get too close.

my mom has one of those. also, i think that the part of the straight story where he buys his manipulator is just the coolest moment. i loved that movie.

I've got one of those too, but it's all plastic, and it glows in the dark.
